Reservations from January through April are opening up on September 16th. Is this 12:01am? And what timezone -- Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific? Thanks.

It's rarely immediate, it's more of a rolling out in the early morning. But, to answer your question, all things are done Dallas time.

I usually see schedules show up by 9am Central (Dallas time) at the latest but it releases in batches so it takes just a couple hours for it to load once they begin that process. most Southwest things (sales, promotion start/finish, schedule releases) are done in central time.
