I just finished booking a flight, but I never received an e-mail with a confirmation, and it doesn't look like the credit card charge has posted yet. I tried chatting on my app and calling on my phone, but there was no answer. I don't want to book the same flight twice. Is there any other way to check if the booking went through?

Do you see the flight in your Upcoming Trips on Southwest.com or in the app? If your flight was booked successfully, you should see it in your account on the site / app.

I've actually made two reservations. With one of them, I got the e-mail confirmation but the flight is not posted on "upcoming trips." With the other one, I haven't received an e-mail confirmation, and it's not showing up on "upcoming trips."

Also, the charge should show up almost instantly on your credit card as a pending charge.
If there is nothing there, you , for whatever reason, did not successfully book the flight.
