Brand new here. If there is a price drop for exact flight is it as simple as cancelling and rebooking...then the savings will remain in travel funds?? thanks, kurt

Don't cancel the flight, change it. If you do this on southwest.com, when you go to select the "new" flight you will see the fare difference as a negative. On the mobile app you'll just see the fare and you'll have to compare it to what you paid. Otherwise everything you said is correct. Pretty sweet and simple.
