Just wanted to share that I have flown before many times. For some reason now I am afraid. I got all the way to the airport last week and could not get on the plane. I was going to see my boyfriend in DC. Well I let my fear and anxiety get to me. It's the worse thing ever. Had I known that I could have pre boarded by taking to someone I probably would not have an issue. I feel awful and very ashamed. If there is any way in the future Southwest can make this more known to flyers that would be helpful I'm sure. I like the airline very much. Now I know. Ughhh!!! So much regret. Maybe you all could start your own fear of flying course for a fee and people like me could benefit. Thank you for listening.
