I am angry at United Airlines how they treat their passengers especially after the latest incident in the news. I have a reservation for a flight with them next month and my ticket is non refundable. It got me thinking that Southwest can take an opportunity to get some of us disgruntled passengers by subsidizing part of a paid ticket with them. Kind of like how cell phone carriers will cover any cancellation fees that may occur if you switch with them. Just a thought!
