I booked tickets to Mexico today. I fly on a companion fare with my husband. Even though, my middle name is in my Rapid Rewards account, it will not populate to my ticket when booking the companion fare. I even called Southwest, and they tried adding my middle name and cancelling my ticket and rebooking it. Southwest said it cannot be done, and that I will have to add my middle name at the airport. Has anyone had this issue? Will it cause me problems with check in or not being able to fly? This is a Christmas week flight and I'm sure the flights will all be full. My middle name is on my passport. Thanks in advance for any advice.
