I purchased a non refundable ticket from SW from San diego to Las vegas last year and somehow my trip was cancelled and I asked for the refund, but unfortunately the ticket was non-refundable , hence I got the funds as travel funds in my PNR, I am stuck up with something and would like to know from the community if I can use the travel funds to purchase a gift card, if yes how can I do so, Also if not a gift card, I need to spen the funds on something meaningful as I aint travelling to USA very soon. Please HELP>>... and ADVICE
