Hi I applied for the Ramp Agent position and I uploaded my resume twice. It shows that it did not upload successfully. Is there any way someone can help me as it is turned in already ?

Im surely not a pro at uploading documents to any server, but make sure that there are NO symbols in the document name. For example, make sure your resume is not saved at

Jims>. resume/21$.      Make sure it is correctly named such as Jimsresume.  and make sure it is saved as a PDF.  so it should say Jimsresume.pdf.     Hope that helps.
