Application Update Timeline

Hello everyone!
I applied to a corporate position at Southwest Airlines about 4 weeks ago. On the candidate home the application still says it is active and that it is "in process". I have seen other posts saying that if it says "in process", I am still under consideration. I was just wondering what the typical time is to usually hear back about whether or not I will continue in the hiring process.

I do not think there is a “typical” time frame to hear back. The process takes time, and it usually seems longer for the one who is looking for a new job. I’m pretty sure once SWA has the candidate pool they are looking for, they will move forward with contacting qualified applicants.
