Good evening. I am looking forward to work for Southwest Airlines I Have submitted my act location successfully for customer service agent in San Juan Puerto Rico. In checking my dashboard it shows status: close to complete. I am not sure what this means was I not considered for the position or do I still have hopes on them contacting me thank you looking forward for your reply.
