Applied But haven’t received Updates

Hi, I applied for the call center position in San Antonio. I haven’t received any updates and my application just says submission received. It’s been a few weeks I’ve checked my email, even junk and spam but nothing comes up. Is it still to early for any changes? Thank you in advance, any replies are appreciated.

 i have also applied for the customer service postion in San Antonio.  However, when I sign on to my career dashboard, there are no jobs showing up in which I applied.  They disappeared.  

Is this normal?
