Does Southwest check your driving record for Ramp Agent? If so, what are the specifics on what they look for?

This is all it says under job requirement under ramp agent "Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator's license."

The chances are very good that Southwest will check your driving record as part of their thorough background check. This is pretty standard for all airlines.
I cannot say specifically what Southwest is looking for, but my experience with other airlines is they are looking for excessive violations that may reflect on your ability to safely drive around the airport ramp. One or two violations within the last 5 years should not be a problem as long as they didn't involve driving under the influence.
It is imperative that you list ALL driving violations on your application. If you leave anything off and Southwest finds out about it, it's grounds for termination.
