Hi all! I applied to an analyst position using a referral. Days later, I got a one-way interview request. I figured this would be an intro interview, but it had pretty technical questions specific to the JD.
My question is: is it normal for analyst/corporate positions to not have a phone screen? If anyone had a similar experience, should I expect a panel interview next?
Thanks!

Most large companies are moving away from phone screens. There is a good chance you will not get one.
If you are successful and do move onto the next round, I am pretty sure you will be contacted by a recruiter with next steps. A panel interview is more than likely one of the last interviews you would participate in before meeting with the department head ( if you were moved forward in the process).
