I was hired for ramp agent but I want to switch to CS&S. Do I have to wait a year to apply for CS&S? Also if I am considered for a job for ramp agent (which I am) but CS&S contact me for a job hiring, can I still switch without being in violation?
I work for southwest before but got let go before finishing onboarding.

Hey, @CourtWoe!
Thanks so much for asking and for your interest in joining our Southwest Family!
If you're interested in joining our Customer Support & Services (CS&S) Team, you'd need to submit a separate application for the position when it opens for applications.
If you've applied for this CS&S position and were not selected, you wouldn't be eligible to reapply for 12 months from the date of your interview. Your application or selection status to the Ramp Agent position wouldn't impact or limit you to applying after 12 months to the CS&S position.
I'd encourage you to speak with your Recruiter and express your interest in the CS&S Team!
