How long does application stay “In process” status?

I submitted an application about a month ago for the corporate and transactions attorney positions but I have heard nothing back or received any responses. I’ve received emails regarding a survey and the application process, however. Does that indicate anything noteworthy and, if not, how long could I expect to wait to receive a response?

It’s a long process. I’m pretty sure once SWA has a good pool of candidates, they will close the job and start to reach out to candidates.
