Hello,
Is there a probationary period for new hires at the corporate location (Dallas, TX)? If so, how long?
Thanks.

Hi there!
I don’t think there is a probationary period for corporate employees. I know that there is a 6 month probation for flight attendants, though.

Hi @ishmane4 ,
All Corporate Employees do have a six month probationary period. This six month period begins on day one of employment.

Howdy!
Sorry to bump an old thread, but I had a question on probationary period rules and am hoping to find an answer! I hope I have come to the right place!
I am hesitant to apply for a position due to the probationary period....
My daughter is getting married this summer, and I certainly do not want to miss the big day for her. At the same time, I am super loyal, and do not want to get off on the wrong foot with SW in the event I was lucky enough to be chosen to interview/join the team....
Is time off for a daughters wedding something that could get in the way of a probationary period for a new hire?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
