how to build a create a profile and upload a resume

i have been trying to build my profile and upload a resume so that when the flight attendant position opens up on february 5th I will be in the system.  everytime I attempt to do this I keep getting routed to "the position you are interested in is not available.  I would appreciate some guidence in this.  Thank you.
