need email resent

Hello, I received a follow up email to my Flight attendant application recently with the next steps on it.  I have looked all over for that email and I cannot find it.  Is there a way to have it resent?  I logged into the SW Careers portal and the letter nor status is listed or updated.  Still shows in progress.  

Ref number is R-2023-35522 Flight Attendant

I would appreciate any assistance to receive that email again.
