I have a TBI and suffer from extreme confusion in crowds. How can I get a preboarding pass, and assistance with where the flight gate is?

Hello
you can call 1800-435-9792 and have them request assistance. When you get to the airport ticket counter they should be able to get you someone and they will take care of you from there. At the gate you can get a pre board from the customer service representative and when they call for pre boards you will be good to go.
Safe travels!

I have need of wheelchair assistance. I flew last week and was blown away by all the help I received from airport personell and Southwest crew. Took a lot of the stress out of traveling for both my husband and I.
