My sister is unable to make her connection due to poor planning on SWA side. They claimed they had to refuel, causing significant delay out of Cincinnati. She will not make her connection at Midway. The gate agent was absolutely NO help. Instead, the agent cancelled her connection and would not book her on the next flight, which is still selling seats on SWA.com!!!! She was told the flight was sold out. All she was given was a refund of $36, told to figure it out! And now there's a 30 minute wait on the phone. This is ridiculous!
