HI! I HAVE A CHILD UNDER TWO , SHE IS A LAP INFANT. WAS WONDERING IF WE WOULD BE ABLE TO BRING OUR FOLDED WAGON AS A GATE CHECK AND CHECK HER CARSEAT AT LUGGAGE CHECK IF THAT WOULD BE A CHARGE SINCE SHE DOES NOT "TECHNICALLY " HAVE A SEAT . THANK YOU
