Can I Change My Misspelled Name on an American Airlines Ticket?

Hi Everyone! I booked my flight with American Airlines, but recently, I realized that my name on the AA ticket was misspelled. Do any of you know if I'm able to make adjustments in this case under the name change American Airlines policy? What policies do they have regarding name changes on their airline? Please share your suggestions.
