I'm trying to find out if small appliances can be packed. I wanted to take a blender on our next trip. I'd be packing it in my 'checked-in' suitcase.
Does anyone know if this is allowed?

TSA writes the rules about what's allowed in checked baggage.
Here's the info regarding blenders: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/items/blender
Carry On Bags:
Yes (Special Instructions)
Checked Bags:
Yes
Blenders are allowed in carry-on bags if the blade has been removed.
Any sharp objects in checked bags should be sheathed or securely wrapped to prevent injury to baggage handlers and inspectors.
