I scheduled my flight on August 22nd for this Thursday, September 14th. Due to Hurricane Irma, I am unable to make my flight as my house has a lot of damage and I must stay back to deal with things. I used Chase ultimate rewards to redeem 24,696 points. Is there a way to cancel and get these rewards as well as the money I paid for the flight back onto my credit card? Thank you!

As I understand it, your Ultimate Rewards points transferred to Southwest as Rapid Rewards points. When you cancel you'll get those points back in your Rapid Rewards account, and can request a refund of the 9/11 Security Fee to your credit card.
Points transfers are non-refundable, so there's no way I know of to get them back to your Ultimate Rewards account.
