Why does SouthWest allow it's employees to travel to Coronavirus Infected areas in and outside of the U.S. ?
If mandatory time off is being given; SouthWest should be advising their employees on a forced vacation NOT to Visit Coronavirus Infected Areas.
Lets get responsible Fast!

There's a lot of assumptions here.
1) There's no way to prove or disprove that any SWA employee is traveling to coronavirus-infected areas. I would think that no one is willingly taking a trip to Italy right now, for example.
2) I haven't heard of SWA employees being given mandatory time off. The only airline that is doing anything like this is United, and it is only for "voluntary unpaid leave." JetBlue is "considering" it as well. Source: https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/06/business/airline-jobs/index.html

Thank you. One employee in Tampa said they had to take PTO time without pay so that is why we asked.
Another employee in Tampa just returned from Milan.
So again that is why we asked.
