I was told that once you arrive in Cuba they inposes a surcharge for any bags that total more than 65 Pound. For instance if I bring 2 checked bags and they weigh 45 pounds each which total 90lbs, the goverment will charge $5 a pound over the 65 allowed. Is this still in place?
