Customer Service Issues

I need to know who to contact regarding a customer service issue for a horribly delayed flight (14 hours) and a lost bag.  There is very little info on the website on how to try and resolve an issue and the 800 number is insufferable wait - currenly on hold for over 10 minutes.  Any ideas?
