I used to fly southwest all the time. After this current situation where my flight has been cancelled 4x and it's been FIVE days and southwest WILL NOT help me fly into another city I will shout from the rooftops how horrible their policies are. I understand inclement weather, I DON'T understand refusing to help your passengers by rerouting them!
