I think you're asking if you can use the Fly By lane and utilize your PreCheck status? I have not seen that in airports I have traveled, the Fly By lanes always dump into the regular screening area, not PreCheck. The only way I have seen to skip the PreCheck ID check line is to sign up for Clear, but that is another service and another fee that you would need to pay.
