I just recenlty canceled a flight, and I wanted to apply the travel funds, but I do not see any amount in it or it changing. I'm wondering if there is like a wait time for the travel funds to show up. From my memory, I have just canceled the flight and nothing else showed for me.

When you canceled your flight you were sent a email. Look for that email and at the bottom of it will show you your credit due. When book your next flight you will have to provide your canceled conformation number Under "Apply travel funds"

When I cancelled it, I never got an email or anything. 😕 And also when I view my travel Funds, it says I have zero.

You need to call Southwest Airlines 1-800-345-9792 If you tell them the credit card number that you used to purchase the flight, they can tell you if there are any credits connected to that card.
