Under the Payment section, there's an area where you apply vouchers or travel funds.

I was told I could use my luv Voucher and now booking as a group, Im told I can't use them. Why is that I was told I could use them anytime.

this is a way of not letting my group use them, its unfair

I was told that in May they will not honor this on group travel but my Luv Voucher will not expire until August

The Southwest LUV Voucher Terms and Conditions state "vouchers are not redeemable as payment toward Southwest Airlines Group tickets." You can view them here.

Still, we want you to be able to fully take advantage of your voucher. Have you seen our Low Fare Calendar? If you're flexible with your travel dates, there are plenty of great destinations on our route map for you to check out before August!
