I recieved a LUV Voucher for $200 back in January - it is valid for a year and I was planning on applying the funds for a plane ticket home for Christmas, While cleaning out some of my miscellaneous documents, I accidentally shredded the voucher. I'm currently trying to piece the shreds back together because I remember the Southwest agent saying there was no way to replace them. I have to wonder though - is there anyway to look in the system to see that I was issued the voucher and have not yet used it? Or at the very least a way to replace it? $200 is a big voucher, and Christmas airfare is so expensive - any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hello
you could try calling customer relations at 855-234-4654 if you remember the confirmation number of the trip where the voucher was issued and they might be able to reissue the voucher as I have had a voucher reissued because the ink wore off so I called and within a couple of days I had the voucher.
hope that helps
Blake
