THEY WERE RUDE TO HIM AND MY DAUGHTER...
NOT ONLY TO THEM BUT TO OTHER FAMILIES THAT HAD CHILDREN FLYING ALONE..
YOUR CHECK IN HAS A LOT TO BE DESIRED.. SO VERY UNORGANIZED.. YOU ARE A BIG ENOUGH AIRLINES THAT YOU SHOULDN'T BE THIS UNORGANIZED OR YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT RUDE AND ACTUALLY ENJOY BEING AND WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC...
