I am in a situation.
I got married, and changed my name, and I need to update my RR account.
I have sent ALL the proper documents but the process takes an obscenely long time and I travel consistently.
My Married name (on my A-list, and companion pass) Is completely in accessible until southwest changes it.
Problem: I need to fly tomorrow, and I have come to terms with not getting to use my A list, the issue is, I need to fly my 5 year old as a companion to the job with me tomorrow and I cant add her... and southwest wont change my ticket to my maiden name so that I can use my companion pass.
is there ANYTHING I can do?
This has been the worst process of changing my name hands down.

Unfortunately, this is a common complaint. Try reaching out via Twitter, I find that they're much more responsive there. Good luck.
