That depends on the reason for the change.
Tickets are non-transferable, so you can't change the ticket to the name of another person.
If there's a typo in your name, or if your name has legally changed (if you've gotten married, for example) Customer Relations can help. Reach out to them (I recommend via Twitter) and be prepared to provide proof of the correct name or name change.
Be aware that this may take some time, so it's best to do well in advance of travel. Alternately, if you still have ID with your old name you may want to consider using that to clear TSA.
