Well I don't believe you have a "right" to have an ESA, but Southwest's policies do allow you to have one. Obviously people have strong opinions on both sides of this issue. No need for any harsh or aggressive language to express your opinion.

If that were to occur, you or the passenger with the cat would move to another seat.  That would be helpful if Southwest will begin allowing pets/animals to fly in the cargo.  People do have  dogs that do not fit under ther seat.
