I found lower fares on my travel plans so Southwest credited my Southwest account with $$.
My question is can I use these dollars for something other than an actual new flight purchase.
I was thinking of upgrading boarding?
Does anyone know?
Thank you!

Travel funds can only be used for flight purchases and can't be used on things like EB or upgraded boarding.
Just remember your travel funds must be used by the expiration date which is 1 year from the original flight purchase and those funds are only good for the ticketed passenger(s) (funds are non transferable)
Hope this helps

Thank you! And the only reason I did another post is because I thought the term "refund balance" might be confusing and then I saw that it was called travel funds.
