HEY. How does one go about getting help when items are damaged aboard a Southwest flight?

The claim should be made within four hours of receiving your items, the details are on your claim tickets. 

 

From your description on the other thread about the damage I'm assuming you are after the four hour time - you'll have to call customer relations about the damage, but I wouldn't be too hopeful due to the time elapsed. In order to prevent abuse of the system they won't allow people to take the items home for a while and then bring them back to prove damage.
