Refund a nonrefundable ticket

I have travel funds, and i know i'm not going to use them within the year. Is there anyway i can refund them.

If you purchased a Wanna Get Away fare, the ticket is non-refundable. If you purchased an Anytime or Business Select ticket,  we can get that refunded for you when you contact us on one of our Customer Support channels.

I'd like to either extend the expiration date, or apply the travel fund from my Wanna Get Away ticket cancellation for my family member. Is this service included, or do I have to pay an additional fee?
