Hello, I am not able to find a SW email address, where I can send my request for reimbursement. Kindly help.

I suggest calling customer service and if they would like to have anything emailed to them, you can do it from their instructions.

Twitter @SouthwestAir may also be a channel, or Facebook (I don't connect that way myself, but hear it on these boards as a method to communicate by messaging).
