SW won't allow my e-pass prize to be used!

I won 2 e-passes from a recent Southwest sweepstakes which expire Jan 31, 2018.  However, I have been stationed abroad with the US State Dept since winning the e-pass and cannot use them by the deadline.  Southwest won't let me use the e-pass to book a ticket for my brother since the e-pass is "attached" to my name, nor will they let me extend the expiration date until I return to the US. Is there any way to get Southwest to allow me to book a ticket???

E-passes cannot be extended, but are typically transferrable. Contact Customer Relations at 1-855-234-4654 (not the regular number) and see if they can help.
