Flight 2001 Bur-SFO Wednesday June 28th at 7:00 a.m. First, let's just say that this flight NEVER leaves on time...lesson learned. On Wed the 28th, they delayed it by 25-minutes straight away. Than they cancelled it. I noticed something was odd when pilots and flight attendents weren't present at the gate like last week's flight, which was an hour late!
This is the first flight of the day and plane was at the gate. On the way home, I was on hold for 55-minutes to ask for my wanna get away money back....5-days, later still no $$$$ in my account. Thanks a lot Southwest!
BTW, the United flight to SFO left both days at 7:05 just as sceduled.
