I cancelled a flight last May 2016 and I'm attempting to travel and use those travel funds, but I did not keep my confirmation number and I can't locate without it. Help please...
Do a search in your email account and put in the search box (Southwest) and look for May 2016. Or call Southwest Airlines and give them the credit card number you would have used to purchase that ticket. They should be able to give you the amount and conformation number.
