Traveling with youth

Hi!! I am 23 years old and I am going to be traveling with my 16-year-old sister. Will she need something from our mom saying that she can travel with me? Also, am I able to book her ticket under my name since it won’t let us use the “uplift” option because she is under 18 and then change it to hers?

your sister will not need any special permission to  travel with you.

you cannot change names on a ticket so do not try that.

i don't use uplift, but can't you buy two tickets on one reservation and use uplft to pay?
