I have been on the phone twice with customer relations and they cannot help me. I was told I could not cancel or change because it was a non-cancellable flight. I was trying to use my credits before they expire but my credit card was charged on-line. I was told they would do nothing because I checked the wrong box and it was my fault. No transfer fees LOL NOT!Good Luck!
