I have flight funds in my account. Can I use them to buy a ticket for my Mother?

If you mean travel funds from a cancelled or re-fared flight, no. Those can only be used by the original passenger. If you mean a voucher, yes. Those can be used by anyone. I'm not sure what you mean, "in your account," as Southwest doesn't offer a function to hold any funds in an account. Travel funds are held under the confirmation number of the canceled or re-fared flight, and vouchers have their own number and security code. Hope this helps!

Sorry for confusion. I actually want to buy my Mom a ticket using my saved funds(money) from a cancelled flight.
Thanks!

Ok, gotcha! Unfortunately, Southwest doesn't allow that any more. Those funds can only be used by the original passenger.
