I understand the policy for the Wanna Get Away fares but I would like to know how you can justify not refunding this type of fare on flight that Southwest cancelled?

The cancellation email should have a link to request a refund.

Whenever Southwest cancels the flight, regardless of the reason or fare type, you are due a refund back to the original form of payment. (Note that if a gift card is used, you'll receive a refund in the form of travel funds.)
