I have $200 credit on my statement. I forgot about that cancelation. I need that trip's confirmation code to use those funds. My account is showing only one recent trip that I made last year. I appriciate any suggestions.
If you call, a rep can look up your confirmation code(s) using the credit card number you used. Be aware though, travel funds from a cancelled itinerary are only valid for a year from the original date of purchase.
