Flight Credits Non-Members

I booked a flight for some non-members for our trip and they have flight credits.  If I book another flight with the same non-members, how can I apply all the flight credits for each of us on the same reservation or do I need to reserve for everyone individually?

You'll be able to use three forms of payment per online booking - how many others were there?

Also you can consider booking one-way tickets instead of round-trip to "increase" the number of methods of payment if you need to combine cash and travel credit. 

In that case it might be pairs of two on the booking to use cash plus travel credit pax A and travel credit pax B.
