Question about falling short on spending

Oh okay, that sounds good. I’m really new to this. So that’s good to know, that my spending will still go to something at least. I was under the assumption that you have to get the bonus each 3 months and that the points reset for the next one. But it sounds like it’s just a one time offer.

I understand the bonus better now. As far as buying gift cards to get points, is there a limit to how much you can buy? Do you get penalized?

There is nothing to stop you from buying $5,000 or $10,000 worth of gift cards except maybe your ability to pay the CC bill.
